[caption id="attachment_3829" align="alignright" width="262"] Click on image for PDF[/caption] Attend the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance‘s (IFSA) Fire Prevention Week awards luncheon from 10am-1:30pm on October 9 at Bobak’s Signature Events in Woodridge. Members of the fire service from throughout the state and other fire safety advocates will be in attendance. Keynote speaker John Raymond, survivor of the Our Lady of the Angels school fire of 1958, will speak about the events that occurred on the day of the fire that went down in history as the worst school fire on record. A brief question/answer session will also be a part of the event. The Fire Prevention Week Luncheon is the IFSA’s chance to recognize those who have gone above and beyond in fire safety and burn prevention and education. Know someone deserving of an award?
